As an as-needed Project Manager, you will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer.
What you will do at The Nursing Beat
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, editorial, content creators, designers, and developers, to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Utilize your nursing background to ensure that healthcare content and materials meet the needs of our target audience.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and effectively communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
What you bring to the role
- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the digital media industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital media platforms and trends, with the ability to align projects with industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical background preferred.
- Experience with Active Campaign, Canva, Sparkloop, Webflow
